The sukku malli powder (Dry ginger and coriander seeds) is normally prepared by frying the dry ginger and coriander seeds and then grinding to a fine powder. Having hot rice mixed with a teaspoon of plain dry ginger powder with a pinch of salt and little ghee will give relief from stomach disorder and body pain. Adding coriander seeds will give nice aroma to the rice.
I tried using the Ready Made “Sukku Malli Coffee Powder” available in the market. It tastes good and saves time.
