A sweet dessert made with cashew nut, rice and milk

Ingredients

  • Milk – 4 cups

  • Sugar – 3/4 cup

  • Raw Rice – 1 tablespoon

  • Coconut gratings – 3 tablespoon

  • Cashew Nuts – 10

  • Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  • Soak the rice and cashew nuts in water for 15 minutes.
  • Grind the soaked rice, cashew nuts, and coconut into a fine paste.
  • Boil the milk, then add sugar. Lower the heat. Mix half a cup of water with the ground paste to form a liquid. Stir this mixture into the boiling milk. Continue stirring until it boils thoroughly.
  • Finally, stir in the cardamom powder and take off the heat.
