Ingredients Wheat Flour – 2 cups Powdered sugar – 2 cups Ghee – 1 cup Cashew Nuts – few Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon Directions In a frying pan add a teaspoon of ghee and fry the cashew nuts. Remove the fried cashews from the pan.In the same pan add half cup ghee and heat it. Add wheat flour and fry on medium flame till nice aroma comes out. Switch off the stove. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and fried cashew nuts. Mix it well.Heat the remaining ghee and add little by little to the flour and mix it well. Make lemon size balls.
