Rasavangi is in between sambar and kootu and more or less similar to “Araithuvitta Kuzhambu”. Goes well with steamed hot rice with papad or potato curry.
This Lentil Ball (Paruppu Urundai) Mor Kuzhambu goes well with steamed rice/Indian Bread. Adding little besan to this kuzhambu makes it boil without curdling and ensure to get thick flowing consistency Kuzhambu.
This is an ideal Kuzhambu for winter season. Goes well with hot steamed rice.
This Kuzhambu is “No Onion” – “No Garlic” Kuzhambu and similar to “Race Kuzhambu” but with little modification.
I got this recipe from a magazine. This is NO ONION/NO TOMATO sambar. Still it tastes good and similar to Udupi Hotel Sambar.
