Ground Nut (Pea nut) Chutney

Ingredients

  • Pea Nuts – 1 cup
  • Red chillies – 4 Nos
  • Tamarind – a small gooseberry size
  • Salt – ¾ teaspoon

Directions

  1. Fry the pea nuts (you can use with or without skin) in a kadai without oil. When it is hot to touch, remove it. Add chillies, tamarind and salt and grind to a paste. Season it with mustard and curry leaves.
