Ingredients

  • Coconut gratings – 1/2 cup

  • Coriander leaves – 1 bunch

  • Green chillies – 4 Nos

  • Fresh ginger – A small piece

  • Tamarind – a small gooseberry size

  • Salt – ¾ teaspoon

Directions

  • Add coconut gratings, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and tamarind in a blender.
  • Add required salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients and grind to a paste.
