Can you suggest what vegetables to make vatha kuzhambu.thanks arthy
hi kamalaji,
Can you tell what vegetables to use for vatha kuzhambu.thanks arthy
Hi Arthy,
For Vatha Kuzhambu, normally “Vathal” (Dried vegetables like sundaikai vathal, Manathakkali Vathal) is used. However, we can add Brinjal, Broad Beans, Raw Banana, Yam, etc. When you add vegetable to the vatha kuzhambu, it is called “Puzhi Kuzhambu”.
