Your recipes are too good! Yesterday I combined two of your recipes and what came out was a hit. I made wheat rawa adai with chopped methi leaves and onion and the aroma and the flavour were too good. We could have it even without any accompaniment. I think I can crown you “Modern day Meenakshi Ammal”. Infact now a days if I don’t know what to make for dinner, I just log in to see what’s new at kamala’s corner and Yo! I have something interesting and also easy to try. Thanks a ton M’am.

we can make mudakathan thuvayal also. take 1 spoon urad dal and bengal gram each, mudakathan keerai 1 cup, small lemon size tamarind , Asafotida powder, oil, 7 – 8 red chillies and salt to taste. Heat a pan and grease it with little oil and add all ingredients one by one and grind it finely. finally sizzle with curry leaves and serve it with hot rice. use sesame oil for more tasty.

  6. Your recipes are excellent and at the same time simple to follow. I am living in a remote country called Solomon Islands where getting good Indian spices is a challenge. But your recipes are useful to cook something new and different using whatever is available. Thanks
