Thank you so much sharing this with us.Could you pls tell us how to make healthy mix using ragi, kambu other items for using a month and tell us how to use thinai, kuthirai vaali like others in daily cooking.
For health mix, you can take ragi, green gram, corn and any grain you like. Wash well and dry thoroughly. Put it in a dry kadai and fry till you get nice aroma. Cool it and grind it to a fine powder. It will be stored more than a month. However, you will ready made “Sathu Mavu” in shops also with more grain combinations.
To cook thinai and kuthirai vaali, you can cook it like ordinary rice. Only thing the water quantity and cooking time will vary.
