Made this Dosai. It was very tasty and prepared in a
jiffy.I also added finely chopped baby spinach leaves to the batter. As i didn’t have maida i added rice flour.
Next time am planning to add some grated carrots.

Yes. If you add heaped two tablespoons, it will bind the potato gratings.

Can I use boiled potato instead of raw potatoes?

If you use boiled potato, then it will be like “Potato Pattis”. If you use raw potato only you will be able to spread it like dosa and taste also like french fries.
I tried it…but it just stuck to the pan and i couldnt flip it at all…what could have gone wrong? Please can you help me?

May be you hadd added more water. You have to add little water and the batter should be thick like idli batter. Before pouring the batter on the tawa, you have to grease it. After pouring the batter you have sprinkle oil around the dosa. Keep the stove also on medium flame and allow to cook sufficiently. Then you will be able to flip it without any problem.
