- Bengal gram dhal – 1 cup
- Urad dhal – 1 cup
- Red chillies – 15
- Coriander seeds – ¼ cup
- Cinnamon stick – 1 small piece
- Cloves – 5
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
Fry the ingredients separately in a teaspoon of oil. When it is lukewarm, grind it to a fine powder. Store it in an airtight container.
You can use this powder when you make capsicum rice, tomato rice or any vegetable rice.
