Sundal Podi

This powder can be incorporated into Sundal dishes. After preparing the sundal, sprinkle one or two teaspoons of this powder over it, mix well, and then top it off with some fresh coconut gratings. For more information on how to make Sundal, visit the link provided.

You can also enhance this dish by adding coconut gratings (lightly toasted or using copra) and grinding them together with the other ingredients. If you choose not to add coconut, the powder can be stored for an extended period of time. For another delicious variation, you can try this kootu podi recipe as well. Check it out here.
