This Lentil Ball (Paruppu Urundai) Mor Kuzhambu goes well with steamed rice/Indian Bread. Adding little besan to this kuzhambu makes it boil without curdling and ensure to get thick flowing consistency Kuzhambu.

It is similar to preparing “Curd Rice”. Only change, instead of rice, we use oats.
“Mor Kazhi” also known as “Mor Koozh” is a typical South Indian Snack item prepared with rice flour and buttermilk. Instead of “rice flour”, I used “Oats” and prepared this dish.
